Ingredients
  • 1box brownie mix
  • eggs, oil, and water(as called for on the box of brownie mix)
  • 2cups milk
  • 13.4 oz box cheesecake pudding mix
Instructions
  1. Spray your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, combine the brownie ingredients and prepare the mix as the box instructs, then pour it into the prepared slow cooker.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and the milk, then pour carefully over the top of the brownie mix. Cover the top of your slow cooker with a paper towel (to catch condensation and avoid a watery pudding), then place the lid over the towel.
  3. Cook on high for 2-3 hours. Once the pudding is browning and set on the edges, it should be done. If you want more cooked brownie on the bottom, you can leave it in for longer. Scoop into bowls and serve with vanilla ice cream (or strawberry, or mint, or all three if you’re feeling frisky), and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
  • This recipe was adapted from Crazy for Crust’s here. She used chocolate pudding, which I think would probably send you straight to chocolate heaven. If we’re being honest though, death by pudding is the only way I’d want to die, so don’t be surprised if I try it that way soon!
